The Signature Sensory Studio
The Signature Sensory Studio is a self-guided, interactive installation that turns wine discovery into something guests feel - not something they’re taught. No expertise required. Just curiosity, conversation, and a lot of unexpected “aha” moments.
The experience includes three signature elements.
The Palette Wall - A visual exploration of wine color and spectrum - and what it tells you before you ever take a sip
The Aroma Bar - Guests identify and match the scents found in wine, unlocking a vocabulary they didn’t know they already had
The Structure Lab - Everyone talks about tannin, acidity, sweetness, body and balance in wine - but they’re surprisingly hard to grasp. This station changes that. Guests experience each element in a way that clicks, sticks, and gives them something to talk about for the rest of the event.
The result? Guests leave with a genuine wine intuition - and each other’s company. The stations are designed to spark interaction: strangers comparing notes, groups debating their answers, people laughing at their own reactions. It’s a social connector, not a subject to master.

Virtual Tasting Experiences

We ship small format curated tasting sets from multiple wineries and regions directly to your guests before the event. By the time your session begins, the room is already warm, the guard is already down, and the conversation flows.
Two ways to run it:
Woven in — We alternate between wine and your content throughout the session, so energy stays high from start to finish
Opening act — We cover the wines in the first 30 minutes, then hand a warm, relaxed, engaged room back to you
